Abstract
The integration of solar power plants into the electric power system introduces various technical challenges, among which resonance phenomena at connection points play a critical role. This study investigates the peculiarities of resonance occurrences, analyzing their causes, influencing factors, and potential risks to system stability. The research considers the impact of grid parameters, inverter-based generation characteristics, and network impedance variations on resonance conditions. Special attention is given to frequency-dependent resonance effects, including harmonic interactions and system damping properties. Using theoretical modeling and simulation, the study evaluates possible mitigation strategies, such as filter design and adaptive control mechanisms, to enhance grid reliability. The findings provide insights into improving the safe and efficient integration of solar power plants into modern electrical networks, contributing to the overall stability of renewable energy infrastructure in the industrial objects.
Keywords: resonance phenomena, solar power plants, grid connection, harmonic interactions, frequency-dependent effects, power quality, mitigation strategies
